Coffee blend

We love our coffee!

Our medium roast house blend is sourced from high in the mountains of Santa Barbara, Honduras and grown at an altitude between 4,000 and 6,000 feet. It comes from the Jerusalem Farm, owned and operated by the Sabillon family since 1794. The family is conscious about the environment and plant new trees every year to preserve water sources. They are also committed to the community by investing in small, local schools.

Our medium light roast is a mix of acidity and sweetness with citrus overtones. It comes ground in 12 or 16-ounce bags. We will hand deliver to orders in Kansas City.

Thank you!

etsy shop

We've recently opened an Etsy Shop that showcases local, hand-made Honduran arts, crafts, and jewelry. We are excited to partner with our artisans and they are willingly donating a portion of their proceeds back to Second Wind because of their belief and support of what we're doing with our families.

Please check the store often! It will be updated as we get more items to sell.
